Biomassplus® is a certification scheme based on the EN ISO 17225 standard, which guarantees high quality, sustainability, and traceability of biofuels. This applies to briquettes, wood chips, and firewood.
BEA is a Biomassplus® certification body recognized by AIEL, and it conducts all fuel test analysis in house providing very fast test results.
Certification process:
- Send the certification request
- Inspection of the production or trading site and review of documentation by our inspectors
- Laboratory test of biofuel parameters
- Following a positive inspection, the Biomassplus® trademark and certificate are issued.
Certificates issued:
All currently valid and terminated certificates are published on the official Biomassplus® website. This ensures public transparency and traceability, allowing anyone to verify the validity of a certificate.
