Data protection

Declaration on the obligation to provide information

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us by email, the data you send will be stored for processing your inquiry. We will never hand out your data without your permission.

Cookies

This website uses Cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Use of web analysis services

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Matomo. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to our server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that it does not save any cookies. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised by deleting the last 2 bytes. As a result, only a very rough localization is possible. Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

Rights of the data subject

We would like to inform you that you have the right to obtain information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
